I came in to quickly pick up a bouquet of flowers. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised at the massive selection.All of the flowers lookedfresh and the girl that helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly. I would encourage everybody in the community to buy all your flowers from Lauren at GIANT.!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I’m this case it was well warranted. Suzie, the cashier, was fantastic. She had a great energy and was very kind. She gave a 3yr old boy in front of me two stickers, and absolutely made his day. Her kind action brought me great joy to see that people like her still care about there job. Great job Suzie, and keep up the great work!!

This is one of the cleanest Giants in the area. They always have a great selection of produce, fresh meat and bakery items. I don't mind doing the self check out but hate having to bring my own bags. I know the township made the no bag rule or pay for bags. That part sucks if you're not used to taking your own bags. During holiday times they always have a great selection of holiday goods. While you're there, you can always pop in next door and grab a bottle of wine to go with your dinner.

Just my kind of grocery store. In and out without any problems. Need your own bags at this one or will cost you for paper bag. Probably coming to all Giants in time. Hopefully not mine in Thorndale or Kennet Square but time will tell. This one was just in the area where I was and wife needed cooking oil and here it was. Not on sale or bonus buy which happen weekly at any giant. Just bought for the needed there of. Lots of parking and wasn't crowded. In and out in a flash. Will be back in the future if in the needed of grocery and in the area here I will be.

I visit this store often and everyone is always pleasant and willing to help. But the customer service I received last week had to be acknowledged. Ordered a deli tray and charcuterie board for a family gathering. I had a couple of special requests on lunchmeat and how I wanted it cut, etc. Joe, the deli manager assured me that it would be done, and he did not fail. Everything was perfect and delicious!

The customer service here is unmatched. We were there earlier today and the cashier gave my daughter a balloon, it made her whole day. Just such a kind, thoughtful thing to do. Thank you again! We love shopping here.

The Giant in Downingtown was warm & inviting and not as crowded as I expected for the time of day. Overall a pleasant shopping trip.

What can I say, this supermarket is great, they have a great salad bar and deli, the hot food is so yummy! Wednesday's Sushi specials.

You can find everything here, which is organized well and they are fresh. Staff is so polite and helpful. Especially veggies and fruits are good and fresh. Instagram: _zen_h_

Nice and in good location. Spacious and not very big. Products are not very difficult to find. Staffs are welcoming and not like uninterested to work. Very positive environment to do a shopping. Very clean and fresh veggies , fruits. Wide variety of Product selection. They also have a bakery , alcohol and other groceries which you don’t even need to look for an another shop. A very good layout and easy to shop for anyone. Would recommend anyone to shop here and will not be disappointed. I prefer their stone grinded wheat bread, will be very fresh , but not easy to find these days. Can management consider to have that bread ?
